This is really interesting, Nicki. I love the lack of facial features. I think the observer can identify with the work more by putting yourself or someone you know in the piece when the features are missing. Just MHO. ;)
This is very interesting. At first I was confused by your mention of the 'work from Ann Lenaben' but now I am assuming it is your photo but with texture(s) from Ann. I really like the warm rich tones in this piece.
