I love this variety of tulips! They remind me of the old Dutch tulips that you see in the Old Masters' paintings. Very effective last shot. (You would enjoy being here in the spring when all the tulip fields up north are in bloom...stunning!)
Oh I love your tulips in all of it's stages...these were exceptionally beautiful with their multi colors. You will be able to enjoy them over and over through your lovely pictures.
They are beautiful even in their last moments. Mine are putzing out early and I am not happy about it. They didn't even open :/
ReplyDeleteLovely quote, even when the Tulips have almost faded, there is beauty.
ReplyDeleteTheir beauty and fragrance remained until the end and was freely given for all to enjoy......

Still beautiful in my book!
ReplyDeleteThe pink and green is lovely and from what I see of the vase it looks like a lovely match.
Such beautiful images, Nicki, especially the second and third ones.
ReplyDeleteThat 2nd tulip shot looks like it's been water colored. Beautiful shots Nicki.
