Floral Friday | where the wild things roam ...

If you stopped by yesterday you know that I took to the road to find something different.
About now you might be wondering "how did that turn out?"
It would seem that I am an old dog.
New tricks are not my forte.
Flowers, whether potted, cut, or wild is where my camera tends to find focus.
I'm thinking Saturday might be a good day to take a trip with the camera with a concrete assignment.
Scavenger words might work nicely.

  3. Gahh, um yeah I totally forgot about the hunt this week and I have a soccer tournament all day tomorrow so this may or may not work out. I will probably think of something but jeez you could have given me a heads up!! Oh yeah, and these are some fabulous shots you took! Making me jealous because we are back to icky weather (its actually in the 40's and cloudy and rainy).

  4. I hear you---once things start blooming, that's where my eye is drawn. These are lovely images, Nicki. Love the softness to them, and you've got some great bokeh going on as well.

  13. More lovely flower shots. I know it can feel like a rut, when you keep taking pictures of similar subjects but, at least in your case, it is a very lovely rut.
