we did have the tomato-ricotta bruschetta I was itching to make, as well as chicken tacos (recipe courtesy Lyndsay Stradtner over at LifeInMotionPhotography.com), and some yummy chicken chili. [Not all at the same meal mind ya] . . . . and okay, maybe a piece of chocolate or two. Generally speaking we've been keeping to the healthier meal part of the New Year's 'lifestyle change' resolution. The exercise portion, however, has not materialized. Honestly, the roads have been too icy drive on,let alone walk on - but we will do it, it will happen. Warmer weather is in the forecast and a state-road truck actually drove by yesterday.(a truly rare sighting) In the mean time, shoveling the sidewalk and driveway should count as exercise - shouldn't it?!?
I love the dof and the color. BTW shoveling counts in my book :)
ReplyDeleteI don't even like tomatoes but I REALLY like this shot! they look so fresh. and I think shoveling totally counts for exercise!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Michelle, not a tomato fan but this shot is fabulous!
ReplyDeleteShoveling is excercise according to my Body Bugg! In fact, it's a major calorie burner! So YEA for you! And, love the pretty red of the tomatoes! They looks so fresh and yummy!
ReplyDeleteShoveling is major exercise in my book! And those tomatoes look yummy!!!!
ReplyDeleteshoveling is exercise for sure - just be careful not to hurt your back! And your tomatoes look so fresh - I want one! ;)
ReplyDeleteGreat shot--all that wonderful fresh color! And yes, shoveling is lots of exercise, as seldom-used muscles might attest.
