goodnight moon . . .

Up extra early this morning to spirit the Girl out of bed so she could do some finishing touches on a school project when I noticed a very bright moon heading to bed. I was reminded of the book Goodnight Moon (by Margaret Wise Brown) which we read, and read, and read to the point I no longer needed the book to tell the story. And the Girl no longer needed the book to recite it back to me. It was her favorite at a time when getting up so early to see the moon go to bed was beyond her toddler imagination. And considering she was shuffling around semi-awake this morning, it likely remains beyond her realization.

  1. Sounds just like myself! I really should get organized!
I have tried endless amounts of times to get shots of the moon. So far... it has not worked!
