the birds and the bees ...

or in this case, the butterflies and the bees.












not the most colorful of butterflies, or largest of bees 
- but I'm guessing those are hanging out elsewhere with the hummingbirds.

    Yep...they're all hanging out in my yard. Come on over with your camera! :)

    I love the pretty green and white tones in the last photo. They're soothing...almost like spa colors. 'Have a great weekend, Nicki.

    Something about thistle that makes images so delightful. Love all of these, so crisp & sharp. Haven't seen too many butterflies this summer, suppose it's too hot??
