Well I'm not off to a good start scavenger hunt wise. Some how this week got away from me and when I finally got back to Ashley's blog to see if any words had been listed for the hunt, it was Saturday night.
This week's words are:
Breakfast
Multi-Colored
Starts with the letter C
Roll
Future

― Lewis Carroll, Alice in Wonderland
Color is joy. One does not think joy. One is carried by it.
- Ernst Haas
“Which of my photographs is my favorite? The one I’m going to take tomorrow.”
– Imogen Cunningham
One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.
-Virginia Woolf
Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.
- Buddha
Beautiful set! I love your breakfast shot!
ReplyDeleteyour breakfast shot is wonderful and love all that joyful color...but sushi in a cube?? Love your quotes, all great choices. Fog & snow...sigh!!
ReplyDeleteI love how you incorporate all of the quotes. Your breakfast shot was my favorite ( I love the antique feel of it) UNTIL I got to your last photo. It's so serene and dream-like. Great set!
ReplyDeleteAwesome! I think these are fabulous but that sushi block roll thingamijigger is so cool!
ReplyDeleteFor someone who says they didn't get off to a good start-I think you did. Love the POV on the breakfast, and the last shot has such a wonderful mood.
ReplyDeleteYou left a very sweet comment on my Memories post which I thank you for. I visited your Memories post and very much enjoyed it. You have awesome photos-I remember a fence one in particular that I really enjoyed. Anyway, I wrote a lovely comment and then when I pressed publish-eh-something went wrong. So, just know your set was seen and I really enjoyed it. Happy day Nicki.
Oh my gosh! How can you think your post for SHS got off to a bad start? These pics are fabulous. My fave is the colored sprinkles for cookies - so imaginative! Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteOooh I adore your first shot. I mean it is so very warm & cozy!
