to fight another 5 days
Bravo!

Macro Monday
ode to tulip
. . .
I picked these up to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday spirit
so of course, I have photographed them non-stop
. . .
[fine print: brace yourself for many more tulip posts to come]
Beautiful tulip shots. Nice texture..... I can almost feel the petals.
ReplyDeleteOh so special....love the softness of the pink and the sweetness of the crochet.
ReplyDeleteSuch sweetness and beauty to start a new week...Thank you
ReplyDeleteTo fight another five days...is exactly how I'm feeling right now. Might have to go buy me some tulips. Happy b-day to your mom :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous tulip! Love the delicate shading in the petals. I think we were both in Pink Mode today.
ReplyDeleteSoft, delicate, lovely!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos of the tulips! Don't they make you feel springy??
ReplyDeleteLove these! We've been enjoying tulips the last couple of weeks - they bring dreams of lack of snow.
ReplyDeleteAh, I love tulips but these are of a particularly tender colour ; lucky Mum ! I only started taking pictures when I got my blog almost a year ago (with a modest Nikon Coolpix) but I hope that one day I'll get better equipment and be able to capture the soul of things like you and Barbara do !
ReplyDeleteLovely tender shots. What a sweet way to remember your mother.
ReplyDeletePS: I am more then ready for more tulip shots!
So soft and pretty... lovely macros, Nicki!
ReplyDeleteI think that the reason there are tulips in the first place is so that we can take millions of pictures of them. The ones you got are a beautiful color. Wonderful photos!
