That's so poignant and creative. I bet it won't really be the last one, though! Even when kids move away, they sometimes come back--at least for visits. Great image!
I'm telling you, I did the same thing hen Austin graduated. It wasn't hard to calculate how many lunches I packed as he never once bought lunch and -he was rarely sick-
