I feel like a broken record.
Whine! Whine! Whine!
no inspiration, no creativity, no drive or desire.
It would seem my photography enthusiasm and creativity took a holiday break,
and my blogging words tagged along for the ride.
I pass things going to and from work and think
'oh, that would make a pretty picture',
but alas, no camera.
And when I do manage to dredge up a picture or two, it takes days,
DAYS
to pound out a post.

I suspect some of this can be contributed to the never ending chores that come with summer;
the 'she loves me, she loves me not' results with a new camera;
and then there is the lazy option of just throwing it up on Instagram
where you can get by with hashtag*ology

So I am determined to squeeze in some time
even if it means meandering around the house after putting down food for the gazillion kittens

something that will make me
excited to show and tell.
I always find a little break from photographic pressure and blogging pressure is a good thing.
ReplyDeleteI think these photos are really nice and I'm glad you've shared them. I find the words are harder to come by these days. I also don't want to spend more time in front of the computer when there's wonderful daylight outside. IG is really so easy, but I think of it as a complement to photos taken by the "big camera".

These are stunning. THe lazy hot days of summer do make it hard to just get stuff done - 90 here today for the first time - ick!
