what remains from Autumn and Thanksgiving has been rounded up to be packed away until next year 

and that which is Christmas is upon us. 

Oh what I wouldn't give to be able to snap my fingers and it was all done. 

(but my finger-snap apparently got boxed up with the Halloween stuff
