Our 14 hour trek home was bittersweet.  
The journey, several hours beyond exhausting, the drive a regular obstacle course of crazed drivers.  
Every trip a memory.
We too may never pass this way again.

    Reminds me of our drive back to Illinois for all the events and happenings. The drive is 18 hours over some bumpy roads. We take our dogs with us, so flying is not always an option. I can definitely relate to the long road home.

    Its funny, driving home from Connecticut on Sunday I passed a car with a Wellesley magnet on the bumper...I wondered if it was YOU! Poignant song choice for your photograph. And a gorgeous edit. Thanks for sharing at Song-graphy!

      haha! our's was the extra large black, coated with yellow pollen, SUV filled to the gills with a Wellesley window sticker. How that girl accumulated SO much stuff still baffles me. Appreciate you thinking of us.

    Wonderful image! Congratulations to the graduate. On to new adventures, right?! I remember the thrill of my daughter's college graduation day. When I said something to her, she said, "Well, no big deal. Now I go to graduate school." To me, though, it was a BIG deal!
