Good.Random.Fun | partee ...

Today is my baby's birthday.
We will not discuss how old he is,
not unless we apply the math he used when he remarked that one of his classmates' mom was 30.
Using that math and ignoring I would have to be 10 when I gave birth to him
- then, fine ... he is 20.

 the GOOD ...

When I got pregnant with Ryan I originally thought I had the flu.
So sue me - I was wrong.
My two pregnancies could not have been more different if they tired;
their only similarity was that both decided to wait until the 11th hour, arriving the end of the month rather than mid-month. After the whole flu fasco, Ryan's due date was 'any given day in August'
- so of course he came the 31st.
Totally worth the wait.

 the RANDOM ...

Entertaining myself with the fallen flower from the flower pot at the office.

 the FUN ...

You can not properly celebrate a birthday without dessert.  This time round it was milkshakes.
Me: fresh banana. Him: something with cheesecake and chocolate chips.
