FRESH . . .

upon returning from New England, this is what I found in the dry cat food bowl. Reportedly there were some "gully washer" storms while the kids and I were away and I suspect this fellow made his way into the garage area only to be pounced upon by IKEmed - the kitty terrorist. Ike either played with it as a toy (which he regularly leaves in the dry cat food bowl) - or Ike was trying to send my husband a message that the fresh food options were not up to his standards - hint hint!

  1. Oh my, I think I would freak if I saw that in the pet bowl! :) hehe...But good thing we don't have creepy crawlers like that in Alaska! :) Just too many mosquitos.

  4. Ugh! AS you know I grew up in Cuba where we were surrounded by lizzards, geckos, salamanders . . . you name it! I have a fear of these critters that borders on phobia. It's a good thing I don't have to worry about them here in Chicago . . . My husband says he married the only Cuban who hates lizzards and can't swim!
