WARNING---Angry Birds . . .

...check out this game, says he.....'ll enjoy it, says he..... simply take these little birds, ......

...and knock down the little piggies, says he......

What he failed to say is:
You'll become stark raving obsessed
You'll curse little piggies like never before
You'll detest boomerang toucans
You'll keep wanting more.......

This game app for iPhone, and I'm guessing other cell phones and electronic components, is straight up FUN, ADDICTIVE, and a good way to take your mind off everything (we're talking house work, yard work, dinner, brushing hair, ....) RELAXING would have to be dropped from this list because there were moments in the game where I'm lucky I know how much the stinking iPhone cost or it might have flown across the room in an effort to rid the world of helmet wearing pigs. I must confess, the birds aren't the only ones that get angry. But oh the sweet sounds when you finally eliminate the pigs and move on to the next level.

and that, my friends, is how I spent every waking hour of Labor Day. The End.

  1. Oh dear, that does sound like a lot of fun! I am glad that I don't have an iPhone, or I would be tempted to waste a lot of time!!

  2. Never played that game... and guess I shouldn't after reading your review... but I'll check it out anyway... wonder if it works on my itouch... ;)

  3. I'm sure it will work on the itouch - and don't get me wrong - it is FUN! we just get a bit competitive around here.

  4. lol, it looks like it is fun! I'll have to try it if I ever see it around :)..

  5. Oh, it'll definitely work on the Touch (DD has it on hers). And if you have an iPad, look out! It's even better - and BIGGER! Totally addictive. And each time the pigs snort at the end when you don't properly eliminate all of them, I, too, want to throw the device through a wall. But I just keep trying to get 'em! Very cute post!
