a change of pace . . .

Regardless of how many times you've been to Disney, it is impossible to avoid getting swept up in the excitement and energy at all hours of the day and night. And capturing it all in pictures - irresistible. I found myself intrigued with night pictures this visit.

I also challenged myself to leave the camera behind on a couple of park visits which was very liberating. Admittedly that is not to say I didn't take any pictures those days (phone camera!)- but it was a nice change not to stop the flow of movement between rides/attractions in order to take pictures. And in the end, I still managed to get hundreds of pictures.

  1. Oh yeah, it is good sometimes to just enjoy the the moment. Those are really nice! I'm still amazed at how much nicer the look on an actual monitor too...I mean, yours were WONDERFUL to begin with but they look so different!

  5. The camera is a demanding lover! As much as I love pictures, I often leave my camera at home, and then nag my relatives to take pictures with their camera! I lucked out on our last trip because my son had just gotten a new camera and was eager to play with it. I let him take most of the vacation photos, so my hands were free to hold my Kindle . . . and a piƱa colada!
