any time and every time I step outside to attempt some pictures I am faced with a steamy lens.
so I wait for the camera to acclimate.
steam.
and I wait a little longer.
steam.
then I use a special lens wipe.
steam.
wipe again.
steam.
wipe once more and shoot quickly.
steam.

so I accept the steam and live with it.
Pretty flowers. I understand the steam! I've had it too - but now it has been (temporarily) replaced with rain.
ReplyDeleteI've whined enough about our weather, so won't say how I envy your heat... Just look at it this way; the steam is almost like an action for your photos.
ReplyDeleteAnd the run comment came from an old joke of Rick's. It doesn't matter how fast you run, as long as you can run faster than the person in front of you.
Must be very hot!! Here the humidity has left - yeah!!!
ReplyDeleteI walked out yesterday from the refrigerator of a hotel room straight onto the sunny beach and my camera seriously took like an HOUR to un-fog. I was scared it would never happen. I do like one of my steamy foggy pictures and was thinking the same thing as Pat - it looks like you did it on purpose!
