retreat . . .

Everyone needs a moment (or two) to retreat from the go-go-go nature of life. This area on the campus of Wellesley College begs you to stop for a moment and catch your breath.

    WOW! What a beautiful, serene, spot, and I love your compositions. I especially love the lily pads! It's a good thing I never went to college there; I'd never have gotten anything done, because I would have sat in that spot for 4 years straight, come rain or snow! (Everyone would think I was a statue.)

    i love lily pads :) I also love geese, they remind me of our Hawaiian Geese / state bird.

    So peaceful..Love your shot! Sorry I been so quiet these last couple weeks, I’ve been really ill (now finally diagnosed with Whooping Cough even though I was immunized) and have had a very rough week.

      Madge - get better. I have had times when I felt like I had whooping cough (coughing non-stop) and it is not only miserable, it is exhausting - so I can only imagine what it would be like with the real thing.
