it takes a village ...

and a 'dial a friend' 

to make a costume for your child to go to cosplay.

 each and everything on this outfit took 2-3-4 times longer than expected. 

Time given by said child - 3 days (little longer on dress).

 My fingers are numb. 

 My brain molecules diminished. 

My use of spicy vocabulary - perfected. 

In so far as I dropped off the final details of this get-up at 11 something last night, I was not able to get a picture of her in her costume - but since I am going to make her wear it at least once a week, every week, for every month until she goes back to college - I'll get my pictures.
