In honor of The 77th Masters Tournament
I have decided to aim my camera in the direction of golf this week.

~~ glow ~~
the balls are polished to a glow (even the old used ones in the bottom of the bucket),
let the fun begin.
let the fun begin.
~~ old ~~
When my husband got these they were the latest, greatest, cutting edge in technology of golf.
They are now 1/2 the size of most and have certainly suffered neglect of too many years away from what they were intended. (which is not propping up the wall in the garage)
~~ shadow ~~
~~ shadow ~~
Lets face it, everyone plays in Tiger's shadow.
~~ Spring ~~
greens getting greener (even when desaturated)
~~ smile ~~
when these pull into town, everyone is smiling.

How cool to be at the Masters!! Great shots!
ReplyDeleteOh wow, I am impressed, The Masters. Altho I don't tend to watch golf on TV (puts me right into a sleep coma)I would definitely be wide-eyed if I was there in person. Great shots!!
ReplyDeleteI love that the whole set is based on a single theme. Well done.
ReplyDeleteGreat theme, Nicki - I'd love to go to the Masters just to capture the landscape!
ReplyDeleteLove the theme! That photo of Tiger is great. How exciting to be there. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteOh how fun! The Masters is an exciting time, and yes, Tiger's shadow is all encompassing.
ReplyDeleteDon't know how you got that Tiger shot, but wow. Great golfing series. I used to play and I have "ping knock-offs" in the basement. Guess I won't be selling them for any spare money. Happy day Nicki.
ReplyDeleteLoved your interpretations this week. That photo of the shadow on Tiger's face is amazing.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great take on the prompts this week. I live in Augusta.......Michigan that is! :)
ReplyDeleteI love that you used your trip to the Masters to accomplish the challenge this week....and the editing on each photo is awesome...Great job...
ReplyDeleteGreat idea and lovely set.
ReplyDeleteHi Nicki, Your Black & Whites are beautiful, the Photo of the Clubs is especially catching my eye - the beautiful textures, depth of field and the light / shadows!
ReplyDeleteThat photo of the clubs is PRIMO! Nice direction to go in for this week. I am not into golf but my husband has been sleeping in front of the Masters for the last three days. It's his favorite thing to do.
ReplyDeleteWell played Nicki!
ReplyDeleteA great set of shots!
Tiger didn't win today for real but he wins here - great shot!
Super set. I'm not a big golf fan but my mom sure is so I hear all about it (especially Tiger Woods). You've got some great shots here and all so well coordinated into one theme.
