The series "Vikings" starts back up this week on the History Channel,
and I am happy.
A well directed show that doesn't gloss over, but also doesn't over do.
A show for mature audiences but without graphic violence, sexual content, or nudity.
This is not to say there isn't violence (we're talking Vikings),
or sexual content (we're talking Vikings),
but it is done with a "mature" audience in mind,
an audience that gets it without having to visualize every detail.
We get it!

My husband's family originated from Denmark, so he is always interested in those Viking stories. If he know about this show, he will be recording it for sure.
ReplyDeleteHaha...was thinking HOW is there a show about Vikings without violence and sex (we're talking VIKINGS!). Sounds like something my Better Half would really like. Thanks for the heads up :)
ReplyDeleteI love history. We've always studied Vikings as part of our home history and they are not a "nice" bunch. But still, contributions!
ReplyDeleteWe like the Vikings too. Great statue shot.
