Looking Up . . .

The snow and ice went away this weekend and * it * was * wonderful!! Not only did I spend some time outside of the house doing odd and ends with my husband, but I managed some walking AND finished my 2010 photo book. Yeah!! After whittling through a busy year of pictures, the book ended up with 101 pages of photos with scattered blog entries spanning every nook and cranny of 2010. I decided that since I am only doing one book per year I would take the "go large or go home" approach. Of course this means I will have to rob a bank to get it printed, but when the time comes the book will be ready.

and no, I won't rob a bank, even though I can't wait to see it in print.

  1. It will be worth the cost. I wish I had done this in 2008. I started it and when I realized how much it was going to cost I quit. Now I wish I had finished it.

  2. Oh good luck with the robbery! KIDDING! And congrats on the book & getting all that work done!!!!

I've climbed the roof of a bank in the dark before, but that's only because I could reach the fire ladder, not because I was going to rob it.

  7. Pretty shot. Sounds like you got a lot accomplished. Good for you for getting your book done! It will be worth whatever it takes to print. Well....maybe not the robbing the bank part. :)

  9. I can't wait to see a glimpse of it! Which vendor did you use? I was exploring a couple of different ones and they all have their pros and cons.

BTW - We are expecting tonight the biggest snowstorm to hit Chicago since 1967. I want to cry.
